Chelsea Appeal Ban FIFA

FIFA gave the prohibition to Chelsea for not buying a player until 2011 to come. However, the The Blues do not accept this punishment and decided to make an appeal.

As we all know, FIFA to punish Chelsea buy players after the Premier League club was guilty of Gael Kakuta has been forced to leave the Lens at the 2007 season ago. Kakuta age when it was 15 years.
